I’m a bodyworker, energy healer and plant medicine enthusiast. My office is located in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego, California, and I serve the greater San Diego area through mobile massage.

 

I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2016 after finishing the massage therapy program at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB). Upon graduation, I decided to continue studies abroad and began traveling to other countries to discover each culture’s unique healing techniques.

 

I have specialized training in India, Thailand and Bali where I’ve had the privilege of studying under many amazing and gifted teachers. And am honored to share this wisdom in a way that respects each persons journey through compassionate care and holistic healing methods.

 

My approach to healing comes from a lifelong curiosity of our body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal itself. And later inspired by a period in my life where I was faced with my own struggles of sickness back into health.

 

My intention with each client is to awaken their inner self-healing through the use of intention, touch, energy, and awareness. And to remove the layers of dis-ease that can inhibit optimal health by merging the body, mind and spirit.

 

I strive to facilitate a safe space that honors each individual's unique needs, and meets them where they’re at on their path to better health. And to provide additional tools and practices to take into their daily life for greater well-being.
