I’m a bodyworker, energy healer and plant medicine enthusiast. My office is located in the sunny San Diego area of Pacific Beach, California. I serve the greater San Diego area through mobile massage, as well as all other regions through distance energy healing.

 

I became a Certified Message Therapist in 2016 after finishing my massage program at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB). Upon graduation, I decided to continue my studies abroad and began traveling to other countries in an effort to discover each culture’s unique healing techniques.

 

I have specialized training in India, Thailand and Bali where I’ve had the privilege of studying under many amazing and gifted teachers. I am truly honored to be able to share this wisdom in a way that respects each individual's personal journey through the use of compassionate and holistic healing methods.

 

My approach to healing comes from my lifelong curiosity of the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal itself. This was later inspired by a period of my life where I was faced with my own struggles of sickness back into health.

 

My intention with each client is to awaken their inner self-healing through the use of touch, energy, intention and awareness. To remove the layers of disease that inhibit optimal health by merging the body, mind and spirit.

 

I strive to facilitate a safe space that honors each individuals unique needs and meets them where they’re at in their journey to better health. I hope to provide each client with the tools and practices to take into their daily lives to attain greater well-being.
